User Story

As a poker game host,
I want a poker chip calculator to distribute more lower value chips
so that players may more easily bet with small values early in the game.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Poker chip denominations and distributions are algorithmically improved to distribute more lower value chips
  • If a perfect distribution cannot be made, the user is alerted.
