User Story

As a poker game host,
I want an improved layout of application buttons
so that screen space of inputs is minimized and inputs are more intuitive.

Acceptance Criteria

Have the decrement button appear before the rendered input value, and increment button appear after
Have the entire input be a single line if possible.
Have appropriate spacing
